Trial

The trial is intended for validating fit before purchase. It runs for 14 days and is limited to 50 records.

Trial users can test local import, screening, coding, and early extraction workflows on their own exported research corpus.

• Manual screening with PRISMA-style counts, plus local AI-assisted extraction after in-app model setup

Paid licences

Lifetime Licence: $49.99 one-time, normally $199.99, limited-time offer, one Windows device.

Annual Subscription: $19.99 per year recurring, normally $39.99, limited-time offer, one Windows device.

Annual subscriptions renew yearly unless cancelled. During beta, cancellation requests are handled by email at admin@gapmapresearch.com; normal cancellation stops the next renewal, and the already-paid current licence term remains usable for that paid term.

A failed, unpaid, or cancelled future renewal does not produce a replacement annual licence file.

Licence fulfilment remains manual during beta.
